# Create Collection Import

Create Collection Import.

**Imports** load records into a collection from an uploaded CSV, with a column-to-field mapping. This method creates the collection import and returns its id.

This method is on the **Hub** surface (`norbix.hub.database`) — call it from admin tooling or IaC.
