# Tasks

The list of scheduled tasks — what each one sends, when, and whether it runs.

**Where:** Tasks → Tasks · `/projects/<project>/tasks/list`

The **Scheduled Tasks** list shows every scheduled task of the project: its name, its cron schedule (in UTC), the kind of campaign it starts and whether it is running. From here you add a task, open one to edit it, and pause, start or delete it from its row.

## Columns, search and filters

| Column          | What it shows                                                                                                                                            |
| --------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Name | The task name. Click it to open [Edit scheduled task](/codemash/cloud/tasks/tasks/edit.md). |
| Schedule (cron) | The 5-field cron, in UTC. `29 17 * * *` = every day at 17:29 UTC; `0 9 * * 1` = Mondays at 09:00 UTC.                                                    |
| Implementation | What the task starts: **Email campaign**, **SMS campaign** or **Push campaign**. |
| Status | **Running** — the task is enabled and fires on its cron. **Disabled** — paused. While the whole module is off, no task fires, whatever this column says. |
| Actions | The row menu: **Disable** (or **Enable**), **Edit**, **Delete...**. |

The list has no search box and no filters. It shows the tasks in the order they were created, with **Previous** / **Next** when there is more than one page. The header has **Add New** and **Actions → See documentation**.

{% hint style="info" %}
The row menu of the last rows opens inside the table and is cut off at its bottom edge, so **Edit** and **Delete...** can be hidden. Open the task by its name and use the editor's **Actions** menu instead, or scroll inside the table.
{% endhint %}

The header text still says *Today a task sends an email campaign*; SMS and Push campaign tasks work too.
