# Brand

Change the project's name, description, website, Admin Portal address, logo and icon.

**Where:** Project → Settings → **Brand** · `/projects/<project>/settings?tab=Brand`

Your end users see your project, not Norbix: the name in an email, the logo on the sign-in page, the link back to your site. Every module reads these values through project tokens such as `@Model.Project.Name` (see [Bindings](/codemash/cloud/project/settings/bindings.md)).

## Before you start

* An account role that may update the project settings (for example **Account Administrator**).
* For a logo or icon: an enabled file integration in [Files → Integrations](/codemash/cloud/files/integrations.md). Without one the tab shows **No file service available** and the upload buttons are off.

## Steps

1. Open **Settings → Brand**.

2. Press **Change** next to a value, type the new value in the dialog and press **Submit**:

   **Project Id** (`pr_7FUKofhEBNMnISkqust2De`, with a copy button) and **Slugified name** (`acme-store`) are read-only.

3. For a logo or icon, under **Brand assets** press **Upload logo** or **Upload icon** and pick an image. It is stored in the project's default file integration and shown as a preview; the buttons change to **Replace logo** / **Replace icon**.

## Result

The dialog closes, the row shows the new value and Cloud shows **Project settings updated**. Every template and trigger that uses the token gets the new value. Setting **Admin portal URL** also adds that address to the CORS list on [Access](/codemash/cloud/project/settings/access.md), so the portal on your domain can call the API. URLs are stored with a trailing `/`.

## Change or remove it later

* **Change** again to edit; clear a value and **Submit** to remove it.
* **Remove** next to the logo or icon takes it away (the preview shows **None**). Deleting the file integration that stores them breaks the images: the tab then says *File service for this logo is unavailable*.
* Renaming changes the short name and so your Cloud links; the **Slugified name** row may show the old one until you reload.
