# Order details

Order and transaction details are not in Cloud — check one payment event in the integration's Received webhooks list instead.

**Where:** Payments → Integrations → an integration → **Received webhooks** · `/projects/<project>/payments/integrations/<integrationId>/edit`

{% hint style="warning" %}
Cloud has no order details or transaction screen yet, and Norbix has no order or transaction endpoints. The order, its lines and its transactions stay at your provider (for example in the Stripe Dashboard). What Norbix shows is each event the provider sent and how it was handled. Use the steps below, or the code way at the end.
{% endhint %}

## Before you start

* A [connected integration](/codemash/cloud/payments/integrations/providers.md) whose **Webhook URL** is saved at the provider — here `Stripe test mode`.
* At least one payment event. In this example two test-mode payments and one refund were made at Stripe (`payment_intent.succeeded` twice, `charge.refunded`).

## Steps

1. Open **Payments → Integrations** and press the integration, here `Stripe test mode`.
2. Scroll to **Received webhooks** at the bottom (*The last calls your payment gateway made to this integration's webhook URL and how Norbix handled each one … Kept for 14 days.*). Press **Refresh** to load new calls.

3. Read one row: **Received** (when Norbix got it), **Event** (the provider's event name and event id, `evt_3UNbcLE3nllmwuCI1UR1GUEe`), **Status** (`200`) and **Outcome** (`Processed.`). Search for the event id at your provider to see the full order.

## Result

Each row is one call from the provider. **200 / Processed.** means the signature matched and your [payment triggers](/codemash/cloud/payments/triggers.md) for that event ran. The facts Norbix took from the event — provider, event name, status, amount, currency, the provider's object ids — are what a trigger action gets as `@Model.Payment.*` tokens (for this payment: `Payment.Amount` `20.00`, `Payment.Currency` `USD`, `Payment.Status` `Succeeded`, `Payment.ExternalIds.paymentIntent` `pi_3UNbcLE3nllmwuCI17RpYQpO`). A row with another status tells you why nothing ran — see the Status column on [Orders](/codemash/cloud/payments/orders.md#columns-search-and-filters).

## Change or remove it later

* The list cannot be changed or cleared; rows are kept for 14 days.
* To stop new rows, [disable the integration](/codemash/cloud/payments/integrations/disable.md) (the provider then gets **409**) or remove the URL at the provider.

## Do it from code

```ts
const { list } = await norbix.hub.payments.getPaymentsWebhookLog({
  integrationId: 'int_5Fg01ggCM3kAfgeSD1NMwV', // Stripe test mode; omit for every integration
  limit: 20,
});
for (const call of list) console.log(call.receivedOn, call.eventName, call.statusCode, call.description);
// 2026-10-06T16:53:30.345Z payment_intent.succeeded 200 Processed.
```

```sh
norbix hub payments webhook log get --integrationId int_5Fg01ggCM3kAfgeSD1NMwV --limit 5
```

The client setup is on the [Payments page](/codemash/cloud/payments.md#use-it-from-code). API: [Get Payments Webhook Log](/codemash/api-reference/payments/webhooks/get-payments-webhook-log.md)
