# Orders

The Orders screen — a placeholder today; where to see the payments your provider reported instead.

**Where:** Payments → **Payments** (*View and manage orders*) · `/projects/<project>/payments/orders`

{% hint style="warning" %}
Cloud has no order list yet. The screen shows only the title **Orders** and *Order management is not available in this version.* — Norbix has no order endpoints either, so the SDK, the CLI and the API cannot list orders. Orders live at your provider. What Norbix keeps is the list of events each provider sent: open the integration and read **Received webhooks** (see [Order details](/codemash/cloud/payments/orders/details.md)), or use the code below.
{% endhint %}

## Columns, search and filters

The screen has no table, search or filters. The closest list is **Received webhooks** on each integration page:

| Column   | What it shows                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      |
| -------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Received | When Norbix got the call, in your browser's time zone. |
| Event    | The provider's event name (`payment_intent.succeeded`) and its event id (`evt_…`).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 |
| Status | The answer Norbix gave the provider: **200** handled (also for a duplicate or an event Norbix does not use), **400** the signature does not match or the URL names another provider, **404** no such integration in this environment, **409** the integration is disabled, **500** Norbix could not load the integration or its secret (the provider tries again). |
| Outcome | What Norbix did, for example **Processed.**, *Duplicate (already processed).* or *Event '…' is not in the payments catalog (acknowledged).* |

## What you can do here

* [Order details](/codemash/cloud/payments/orders/details.md) — see what one payment event carried, on the integration page.
* [Create a trigger](/codemash/cloud/payments/triggers/new.md) — act on a payment the moment it arrives.
* [Connect a provider](/codemash/cloud/payments/integrations/providers.md) — without one, nothing reaches Norbix.

## Do it from code

There is no order call. List the payment events Norbix received:

```ts
const { list } = await norbix.hub.payments.getPaymentsWebhookLog({
  integrationId: 'int_5Fg01ggCM3kAfgeSD1NMwV', // Stripe test mode; omit for every integration
  limit: 20,
});
for (const call of list) console.log(call.receivedOn, call.eventName, call.statusCode, call.description);
// 2026-10-06T16:53:57.587Z charge.refunded 200 Processed.
```

```sh
norbix hub payments webhook log get --integrationId int_5Fg01ggCM3kAfgeSD1NMwV --limit 5
```
