# Disable or delete an integration

Disable a payment integration (its webhook calls are refused) or delete it for good.

**Where:** Payments → Integrations → an integration → **Actions** · `/projects/<project>/payments/integrations/<integrationId>/edit`

## Before you start

* The integration exists — see [Providers](/codemash/cloud/payments/integrations/providers.md).
* While an integration is off, the provider's calls to its webhook URL get **409** and no trigger runs. Most providers retry for a while and then stop; events missed meanwhile are not run later.

## Steps

1. Open the integration, here `Braintree sandbox`, and press **Actions**. The menu has **Disable**, **See Braintree documentation**, **See SDK documentation**, **See API documentation** and **Delete**.

2. Press **Disable**. The badge turns **DISABLED**, and **Actions** now offers **Enable** instead.

   In the list it shows **Enabled: False**.

3. To delete it, press **Actions → Delete**. The dialog **Delete Confirmation** asks *Are you sure you want to delete?* Press **Delete**.

## Result

After **Delete** Cloud shows *Integration deleted* and goes back to the list without the row. The keys and secrets are deleted with it, and its webhook URL answers **404** from then on — remove the URL at the provider too. A trigger that ticked only this integration stays saved but never runs.

## Change or remove it later

* **Enable** — open the disabled integration and press **Actions → Enable**; calls are accepted again from then on.
* A deleted integration cannot be brought back: [connect the provider](/codemash/cloud/payments/integrations/providers.md) again and paste the new webhook URL at the provider.
