# Users

The people in your project — every user with their email, phone, lifecycle and the logins they sign in with.

**Where:** Membership → Users · `/projects/<project>/membership/users`

The list shows the **people** of your project (a user, id `ct_…`). One person can have several logins (id `usr_…`): an email and password, a username, a phone number, a passkey or a service login. Users live on the Norbix side, not in your project database, so the list works even when the project has no database.

## Columns, search and filters

| Column        | What it shows                                                                                           |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Display Name  | The name of the person. Click it to open the user. A user with no display name shows the primary email. |
| Primary Email | The email of the person, when they have one.                                                            |
| Primary Phone | The phone of the person, when it is set on the user (a phone login does not fill it).                   |
| Lifecycle     | Where the person is in their life cycle, for example `Active`.                                          |
| AI plan       | Only when the project has AI plans: the plan this user gets.                                            |
| Created       | When the user was created.                                                                              |

The list has no search box and no filters; it shows every user of the project. **Add New** is off when you do not have the `membership:create` permission on users.
