# Campaigns

Email campaigns — every send of one template to a group of recipients, with its status and its batches.

**Where:** Email → Campaigns · `/projects/<project>/emails/campaigns`

The list **Email Campaigns** shows every email campaign of the project: the ones you sent from this screen, the scheduled ones, and the test sends from the template editor. It updates itself every 15 seconds while campaigns run.

{% hint style="info" %}
This is the Email version of Campaigns. The rules that are the same in every channel (statuses, Send later, the provider and language checks) are on the [Campaigns](/codemash/cloud/concepts/campaigns.md) page.

## Columns, search and filters

| Column | What it shows |
| ----------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Created On | When the campaign was created, for example `2026-10-06 14:01`. |
| Status | The last status: **Registered**, **Scheduled**, **Started**, **Processing**, **Completed** (green), **Failed** (red) or **Stopped**. |
| Strategy | How the recipients were chosen: **All Users**, **Specified Users**, **Specific Email Addresses**, **Recipients From a Collection**, or **Account owner or team members** (a test send from the template editor). |
| Template | The template the campaign sends, for example `Welcome email`. |
| Integration | The provider that sends it. When it is the current project default, the name ends with **(Default)**, for example `Test Me (Default)`. |

**View** at the end of a row opens the [campaign details](/codemash/cloud/emails/campaigns/details.md).

The filter box above the list narrows it. Fill any fields and press **Search**; **Clear** empties them. The filters stay in the page address, so you can share a filtered list.

| Filter | Example |
| ------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Campaign ID | `cmp_1Q7siIAh4JJ4WDhTTJIt0U` |
| Template ID | `tmpl_3pLex0vXrqcLzOsJP8VLRx` |
| Email Address | `ada.lovelace@example.com` — campaigns that emailed this address |
| Date From / Date To | `2026-10-01` – `2026-10-31` |

If the project database is not ready yet (it is still being created, or it failed), the screen shows a warning instead of the list.
