# Disable or delete an MCP integration

Turn an MCP integration off, or delete it.

**Where:** Project → Integrations → MCP → an integration → **Actions** · `/projects/<project>/ai/mcps/integrations/<integrationId>/edit`

## Before you start

* A disabled MCP server is no longer offered to the AI chat; questions that needed its tools get an answer without them.

## Steps

1. Open the integration, here `Browser` (Playwright), and open **Actions**.

2. Press **Disable**. There is no confirmation: the badge turns **DISABLED**.

3. To delete, open the integration (here `Repo helper`, GitHub), open **Actions**, press **Delete**, and confirm **Delete** in the **Delete Confirmation** dialog (*Are you sure you want to delete?*).

## Result

A disabled integration stays in the list with **Enabled** `False`; **Enable** in the same menu turns it on again. After **Delete**, Cloud goes back to the list, shows *Integration deleted*, and the row and its stored secret are gone.

## Change or remove it later

* **Enable** — the same **Actions** menu.
* A deleted integration is gone: [connect the server](/codemash/cloud/ai/mcp/providers.md) again.

## Do it from code

await norbix.hub.ai.deleteMcpIntegration({ id });   // remove it for good
```
