# MCP integrations

Project → Integrations → MCP — the MCP servers whose tools your project's AI chat may use.

**Where:** Project → Integrations → **MCP** · `/projects/<project>/ai/mcps/integrations`

An MCP server (MCP = Model Context Protocol) gives a model tools: search the web, read a GitHub repository, look up a Stripe customer, drive a browser. Every **enabled** MCP integration of the environment is offered to the end-user AI chat; there is no default and no per-assistant choice.

## Columns, search and filters

| Column | What it shows |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Integration Name | The name you gave it, e.g. `Stripe tools`. Press it to open the integration. |
| Provider | `BraveSearch`, `GitHub`, `MongoDb`, `Obsidian`, `Playwright` or `Stripe` (the internal names, without spaces). |
| Transport | How Norbix talks to the server: `HttpStream` — over the network to a **Server URL**; `Stdio` — Norbix starts the server as a program (**Command** + **Arguments**) and talks to it over its input and output. |
| Enabled | `True` or `False`. |

No search, no filter, no **Default** column. **Add New Integration** opens the [MCP provider gallery](/codemash/cloud/ai/mcp/providers.md).
