# Norbix model

Norbix model — Norbix's own hosted LLM on the managed service, no API key.

Norbix's own language model, run by Norbix on the managed service. You need no key and no account at a provider; the card says *free during development*, and your use is counted so you can see it.

Cloud shows the **Norbix model — free during development** card on the managed service, but saving it fails today with *CM-ERRORS-AI-LLM-004: Your plan does not include Norbix-hosted models. Connect your own LLM provider key instead.* The managed service keeps Norbix models switched off for now (an operator setting, off by default). Connect your own provider instead — for example [OpenAI](/codemash/cloud/ai/llm/providers/openai.md). On self-hosted and enterprise installations the card is not shown at all.

## Get your credentials

Nothing to get: Norbix holds the key and the address. The card is shown only on the managed service (`cloud.norbix.ai`).

## Connect it in Cloud

**Where:** Project → Integrations → LLM → **Add New Integration** → Norbix model — free during development → **Connect** · `/projects/<project>/ai/llms/integrations/new/norbixhosted`

The form has no **API Key** and no **Endpoint**.

Press **Save**. Today the save is refused:

## Test and set as default

When saving works, **Test integration** checks that Norbix can bind its hosted model, and the integration takes part in the defaults like any other — see [Test](/codemash/cloud/ai/llm/test.md) and [Set the default LLM](/codemash/cloud/ai/llm/set-default.md).
