# Get Sms Integrations

List SMS integrations.

The **SMS** channel delivers text messages — templates, campaigns, and provider integrations — for OTPs, alerts, and bulk sends.

This endpoint lists the project's SMS integrations for the current environment and names the default one. An empty list means nothing can be sent yet.
