# Get Sms Campaigns

List SMS campaigns.

The **SMS** channel delivers text messages — templates, campaigns, and provider integrations — for OTPs, alerts, and bulk sends.

This endpoint lists the project's SMS campaigns (paginated) with status, audience, template and provider. You can narrow the list by campaign id (`campaignId`), by template (`templateId`) and by a date range (`from`, `to`).
