# Delete Sms Integration

Delete an SMS integration.

The **SMS** channel delivers text messages — templates, campaigns, and provider integrations — for OTPs, alerts, and bulk sends.

This endpoint deletes an SMS integration. It cannot be undone.

**Good to know.** The environment's default cannot be deleted while other integrations exist in that environment (`CM-ERRORS-INTEGRATIONS-021`) — set another one as default first; the last one can be deleted. An integration used by a trigger (`CM-ERRORS-INTEGRATIONS-019`) or an authentication flow (`CM-ERRORS-INTEGRATIONS-020`) cannot be deleted.
