# Delete Sms Campaign

Delete an SMS campaign.

The **SMS** channel delivers text messages — templates, campaigns, and provider integrations — for OTPs, alerts, and bulk sends.

This endpoint deletes an SMS campaign. It cannot be undone. The portal offers it once a campaign is Completed, Stopped or Failed; a scheduled or running campaign is stopped first with [Stop Sms Campaign](/codemash/api-reference/notifications/sms/stop-sms-campaign.md).
