# Confirm Sms Integration Human Delivery

Confirm that a person received the test SMS.

The **SMS** channel delivers text messages — templates, campaigns, and provider integrations — for OTPs, alerts, and bulk sends.

This endpoint records that a person received the test SMS sent by [Test Sms Integration](/codemash/api-reference/notifications/sms/test-sms-integration.md). It completes the integration's manual check: the integration shows **CONFIRMED**.

Confirms the sms integration human delivery.
